SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed 7 days a week. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. For ground shipping, please allow up to 5 business days to get your order. Expedited shipping is also available.

MULTIPLE BOXES may arrive, depending on stock. If an item is backordered or if we have any questions regarding your order, you will be notified via email. Please respond to our emails for more information, if applicable, to avoid delays to your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns
To complete your return, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are only offered within 15 days of purchase and the supplement must be sealed and unopened. To inquire about a return, please contact info@totalhealthapothecary.com.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and sealed in the same condition you received it. The item also must be in the original packaging. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened products. Due to COVID-19, we are ONLY accepting exchanges on damaged items. All sales are final. We apologize for any inconvenience. If the product arrives damaged or compromised, please email info@totalhealthapothecary.com for more information. 

 

We cannot guarantee that a particular supplement will produce a desired effect. If you are not currently under the care of our office, you are responsible for consulting your physician prior to using our products. If you have come across Total Health Apothecary from writings published by Dr. Pingel, this does not constitute a doctor’s order, and you are responsible for getting clearance of use from your local physician. Total Health Apothecary is a resource for high-quality supplements; it is not a replacement for a physician’s advice.
